As well as being a great addition to other kinds of play, bondage is a lot of fun in its own right. This class focuses on techniques for strict, immobilizing bondage. If you fantasize about watching your partner squirm helplessly in your rope, this is the class for you.

One of the best ways to truly immobilize someone is to tie them to the bed (or the couch, or the rack). Although it’s easy to tie someone fairly securely, it is surprisingly hard to completely immobilize them. Making everything tighter isn’t the answer: overly tight bondage isn’t more secure, and it can be uncomfortable or even dangerous. We’ll take a look at ties and techniques that are strict and secure without being unsafe.

There are times, however, when you don’t have any furniture to tie to. For those situations, the hogtie is a great choice. One of the classic bondage positions, the hogtie is tremendously fun and versatile. The traditional hogtie is a physically demanding tie, but we’ll look at options for making it more comfortable as well as more challenging. We’ll also talk about how to adapt the hogtie to different body types and physical limitations.

Join Rogue Ryder for this couples (or moresomes) workshop to learn tantric massage and meditation, somatic curiosity and breathwork, as avenues to discover yourself and your partner(s) in a new and ever-unfolding way! Using meditation we cultivate practice with ourselves and explore focusing our attention where we would like it to go. Using touch we connect ourselves to another to be curious and explore sensations and pleasure. Using breathwork we access alternative ways to be present with a partner. This workshop is for couples(or moresomes), straight and queer, who desire to: learn more about their anatomy, rewrite sexual societal and gendered scripts, learn genital massage for pleasure and healing (practicing on partner(s), connect more deeply with partners, and meditation techniques. 

This workshop is a three-parter* and gender expansive. Each 4 hour workshop includes guided practice, live demonstration, and lab time. Using touch, curiosity, and breath you will be taught multi-step tools for learning and noticing what sensations, wounding, and pleasure potential you store in your pelvic floor and genital tissue.

*You do not need to attend all 3 workshops. It is recommended you attend at least one massage workshop and the follow-up for Q&A and more practice time.

Part One: 

We will go over couples’ connection breathwork, meditation, body curiosity and communication, and Vulva/Pelvic massage. This massage will explore specific anatomy, with a demo of both external and internal massage techniques for both pleasure and
discomfort/numbness mapping.

NOTE: (While we will be focusing one day on each of the binaried gendered genitals for massage, you are encouraged to show up for what aligns most with your gender expression and desire for discovery. While I use descriptive terms here, in workshop we can use a breadth of words to describe whatever the colorful spectrum of people who attend call their anatomy! AND nothing is required, if you have a vulva and do not like penetration, you can practice only what you feel comfortable with and you will still find value in attending.).

About the Educator:

Rogue is a queer, kinky, genderfucked sensual educator, pleasure excavator, and tantric guide; a multi-ethnic performer, artist, and athlete. As such, they were fed up with tantra being dominated by cis-het dudes in linen pants, and people spiritually bypassing very real worldly traumas. They started Queering Tantra 8 years ago as sensual guidance for the whole person to step outside the dominant societal norms of most sex and tantra. The queering lens gives us more freedom and accessibility, for all bodies and sexualities.

Their practice combines BDSM/kink, Tibetan tantra, somatic awareness, breathwork, movement, and a number of other tools. As a certified athletic trainer with a background in dance, combat sports, and rock climbing, they bring a very unique mixture of play, practice, and praxis to all their work.

Rain City Jacks is a traditional jack-off club, following in the footsteps of the venerable NY Jacks, LA Fraternity and SF Jacks. Erotic hypnosis is a marvelous engine for intimacy and erotic imagineering. Hypnotic trance state is a delicious altered state all by itself, but when we stir in suggestion and storytelling we uncover an internal universe that seems limitless. This class will serve as a guide through the first steps in your erotic hypnosis journey and will cover the myriad consent issues, safety, hypnotic induction and will begin to cover applications of hypnosis to our erotic lives.  

Daniel and Ben have crafted this class to be a blend of theory and practice. There will be a small bit of group work (so come prepared to take a little trip into a trance-y headspace), but mostly the practical exercises will be paired.  Optimally, you'll bring a partner to this event.  If not, we will do our best to make sure everybody is paired with someone.

About the Educator:

Daniel McGlothlen is the queer/gender queer proprietor of visiblerestraint.com (NSFW), a kinky, queer porn site that's been around for a couple of decades. They are a kink performer, educator and enthusiast.  They have been facilitating Pan Eros Foundation's Hypnokink Enthusiasts Group (HEG) for about a year now.  They have also taught hypnosis for Seattle Leather Service Corps., Hypnocon and Rope Burn.  They are working toward creating a 501(c)7 non-profit social club called Trance Pacific, which will be a queer erotic hypnosis group intended to give queer folks in the Pacific Northwest a safe, sexy space for their erotic hypnosis adventures - and, very importantly, to bring erotic hypnosis to underserved communities. Trance Pacific is currently seeking members for its board of directors.  Daniel is also pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, with an emphasis on Sexuality and Gender Studies.  Daniel lives in Tacoma with their husband Craig - and is partnered to Ben, also of Tacoma, who contributes considerably to this class.
